Everything about our experience with Mark was wonderful – from the discussions beforehand through to the final photos (which are unbelievable)!
Not only does Mark capture the real essence of your day, he is a delight to have around on your special day and really understands the uniqueness of each couple. We cannot sing his praises enough and are beyond delighted with our wedding photos!
Mark is THE photographer for people who don’t like having their photo taken – he is relaxed, non-prescriptive and unobtrusive. All the bridal party commented about how Mark made them feel totally comfortable, and we felt the same. Mark worked really hard to ensure that he was there for all the special moments and planned how best to capture everything. Mark gave us total confidence that he was capturing all the photos that we asked for, so we didn’t have to worry about that. Mark has given us the most beautiful photos that perfectly capture our day, the atmosphere and our guests. We spent a long time searching for a photographer that we felt comfortable with and who could emphasise the wintery elements of our winter wedding, and we couldn’t have found anyone better. We also really appreciated Mark dressing smartly for our wedding. It is clear that Mark gives everything he can on the day, with his sole focus being to make sure his clients have photos they dream of. We couldn’t recommend Mark more highly.
Mark is simply the best photographer! From the initial booking, our pre-wedding meeting, the wedding itself, and after as well. He just fitted in so well to our small wedding (30people initially with an extra 20 later on). Great to talk to. Relaxed personality. All smiles from everyone.
And then… the photographs! Mark captured the moment and somehow was everywhere at the right time taking pictures of memorable moments.

Mark was our photographer for our Wedding. He was really attentive to our wants and needs in the lead up to the wedding and was very responsive with any questions we may have had. On the day Mark arrived to get photo’s of us getting ready and stayed all the way until mid way through the evening party. Mark felt like one of the guests and fitted into the day, grabbing us to go for photo’s but not feeling like the whole day was made up of photos. We would recommend Mark, and love the photo’s we have from our big day.

Mark captured our special day beautifully, we are so so happy with the photos and absolutely loved his more informal/observational style of photography throughout the day. It means we’ve ended up with some stunning photos and weren’t even aware half of them were being taken (e.g. our first dance photos are gorgeous and we didn’t even realise he was there!) and it also meant we didn’t miss out on much of the day ourselves by having reams of posed photos. Mark has a great eye for what makes a lovely photo and such a nice and natural style of photography. He brilliantly captured our whole day, even staying to photograph some rather rowdy dance floor action! Would highly recommend and we are so pleased with the end result.
Mark recently photographed our wedding and we were very impressed with him. He was really hardworking and focused all day and evening. The photos are beautiful and he has captured so many special little moments. We will definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a professional, capable photographer who knows what they are doing. The whole process of working with Mark on our wedding photographs has been excellent. We originally considered him as he’d worked in our ceremony venue before, which can be quite dark, and his previous shots looked great. On the day Mark fitted in well with our guests, he’s obviously got lots of experience of how the day will go and knew when best to take us away for our portraits. We enjoyed doing those, it was a chance for the two of us to relax a bit and Mark got the best out of two people who aren’t naturals in front of a camera. He stayed later than a lot of photographers do so our pictures go later into the evening than they might have done. Most importantly, we’re very happy with our pictures!
Mark was fab! Put a huge amount of effort in, throughout the entire day! 10AM till 10PM. What a trooper! And whilst staying calm and friendly. Absolutely amazing photos. He’d researched the area and knew our wedding timeline well so he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He seemed to be everywhere at once and was lovely to have around on the day.
