I’ve been in the thick of it of late and it’s been a while since I last blogged. So I’m really pleased to show you a first from this summer with Pippa & Andy’s Somerset garden wedding. They were married at a pretty little church in Babcary, before heading across the village for a marquee reception. With Andy being in the army they had an accompanying guard of honour which always adds a little bit of extra specialness.
This was an amazing day with a great energy about it. I swear, this family and all their friends are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. Pippa and Andy set the tone and looked so happy throughout the whole day – they obviously couldn’t help but show it! One of my favourite moments from the day has to be the speeches, all of them straight from the heart. This is closely followed by an epic party – these guys know how to have a good time!
It was the first time I’ve met Alison and Justin from Vogue Wedding Films and it was a pleasure to work alongside them. We got some amazing light to work with at sunset.
Thank you sooo much for having me! Everybody made me feel so welcome and I left the party in full swing feeling exhausted but reinvigorated at the same time. Here are some of my favourite moments from the day…
