The photos that have come back are way above our expectations and there are so many beautiful shots and precious memories. Some of the shots are so artistic and just beautiful!
New favourite venue alert – time to show off a bit of Court Farm wedding photography! It was the end of September, and man did I enjoy this one. Court Farm in Standerwick is a beautifully picturesque farm house venue with a cottage, rustic barns, gardens and surrounding fields. The weather helped too, with a perfect summer send off of warm, bright sunshine and a crisp clear evening. Yes, it also comes with sunset included :)
Tor & Caspian seemed super happy and relaxed throughout the whole day and their friends and family were a pretty awesome and fun bunch too. After spending a few hours at the cottage with the girls, we drove off to St John the Evangelist’s church in the centre of Bath for the ceremony. I really like this church, and it helps a lot that it has a very friendly vicar! On our return to Court Farm it was drinks and canapes in the garden. One of my favourite parts of the day were the outdoor speeches which were great fun and straight from the heart. It made a nice change to be able to capture those in the sunshine.
When it came to Tor and Caspian’s portraits, these two were naturals in front of the camera. Combined with a nice sunset and some great backdrops the result was a bit of a dream couple shoot. Sorry but I couldn’t resist posting a few extra couple photos!
I loved the evening reception too, with people getting stuck into roasted marshmallows before hitting the dancefloor. That barn was heaving as I left!
