Looking back through Nick & Rosie’s Guildhall Wedding photos in Bath brought back some fun memories. The following images were taken a couple of months ago on another sweltering hot day in June. Immediately after the ceremony Nick and Rosie walked straight out to the back kitchen. ‘Did you want a quiet moment alone?’ I asked. ‘No we’re just going to cool off in the air conditioning, we’re baking!’
I’ve been waiting a long time to shoot some Thornbury Castle wedding photography, and I finally got my chance last month courtesy of Johnny & Rob. These two fine chaps (and their cohort of best people) met on a mountain almost 10 years ago and have never looked back. Coincidentally I hiked the same mountain – Kilimanjaro – just the year before! read more
It’s been a few weeks since I photographed Dan & Beckie’s Clifton Suspension Bridge Engagement Shoot. Having been rained off the day before, we decided to start nice and early to beat the Sunday crowds. As a bonus we were blessed with some crisp morning light. It was close to zero, and behind the lens I was layered up to the max! That still didn’t stop my fingers turning to icicles by the end of it but it was well worth it. We walked our way over the bridge and up and around the observatory and generally had a bit of fun. Dan & Beckie are getting married later this month and I’m really looking forward to it!
The last time I had the chance to do some Pennard House Wedding Photography was during the summer time. It’s one of my favourite Somerset wedding venues, so when Rory and Liane contacted me to photograph their Pennard House winter wedding I absolutely jumped at the chance! As I hope you’ll see, it works really well as a lovely cosy venue when it’s close to zero outside too. read more
With the weather as depressing as it is in the depths of winter, I thought it might be nice to post a few photos of Chris & Josie’s Somerset marquee wedding back in June. The sun shone all day. In fact it was a stinker of a hot day! read more
