I’d been looking forward Jemma and Ben’s Coombe Lodge Wedding for what seemed like an age. I remember when we first met how excited they both were, and that excitement rubbed off on me! Coombe Lodge is an absolute gem of a venue with a great team behind it. If luck’s on your side, it’s also one of the few wedding venues in Somerset where you can catch the setting sun all the way down to the horizon. You just need to take a short walk into the adjacent field. Timing it perfectly, Jemma & Ben lucked out big time that day. I made sure we milked every last drop of golden sunlight!
This was a day full of colour, with their wedding theme based on Disney’s film ‘Up’. Hat tips must go out to Tilly Tomlinson Flowers for the beautiful purple & orange bouquets. Darren Campbell for providing the wow factor during the reception (he seriously never ceases to amaze me). And finally J&B’s handsome pooches for being on their best behaviour!
As childhood sweethearts, it’d taken 10 years for Jemma & Ben to get to this point. I hope it’s obvious from these images just how much this day meant to them both. It gives me great pleasure to be able to report some glowing feedback:
