Sally and Steve’s Orchardleigh winter wedding has to be one of the smiliest weddings I’ve ever photographed. Or at the very least, it was with one of the smiliest brides! Seriously it was a rare moment indeed if I didn’t catch at least one of them laughing. What a perfect fit they are for each other!

Brympton House Wedding Photography with Anna & Christian: what a beautiful day this was! Anna & Christian are such a fun loving couple, and you know all the guests are having a great time when it takes 45 minutes to organise a big group photo! Their friends and family formed an eclectic Italian-English-Nigerian mix, and were treated to the best Martini Espresso’s. Yes, eventually I succumbed! read more
It’s about time I shared some of Shaila & Oliver’s Assembly Rooms wedding photos! Roll back to a sunny Friday in September. A day that was neither too hot nor too cold – perfect ‘operating’ temperature for me at least! S&O got in touch at the beginning of the year after finding my details on the Bath Venues website. They both live in Denver Colorado, and during a quick skype call I warmed to them immediately. Oliver grew up in Biddestone, not far from Bath, and as he managed to win the wedding toss they brought a whole host of their American friends over with them. read more
This week I’d like to share some Priston Watermill wedding photos from Phil & Kate’s outdoor ceremony. Outdoor weddings don’t happen all too often, so it’s great to be able to capture them when the weather is on our side! read more
Last year I was given the opportunity to be Amy & Tim’s Pennard House Wedding photographer. If you haven’t heard of it, Pennard House is a bit of a hidden gem in terms of Somerset wedding venues. Tucked away in some of the most idyllic countryside, this Georgian manor and coach house is set in secluded gardens and surrounded by woodland and meadows. Photography wise, I was spoilt for choice! It also happens to be somewhere close to my heart, just 10 minutes away from the site of Glastonbury festival. In fact this beautiful country house is usually taken over at that time by music industry types and is full of festival memorabilia. There’s also a nod to Glastonbury with it’s own tipi field that guests can hire for accommodation. read more
